人才培养工作作为高校工作的中心，高校要从五方面落实人才培养的中心地位：一要思想重视，要充分认识到大学的根本任务是进行人才培养；二要知行合一，贯彻执行好人才培养质量是大学的生命线的忧患意识；三要抓住重点，不断提高师资队伍素质；四要健全机制，切实保障校领导深入研究教学；五要重视精神，营造良好校风、学风。

As the center of the university work, talent cultivation should be implemented from five aspects in order to highlight its central position:the first is ideological attention,that is,we should fully recognize that the basic task of a university is to cultivate talents; the second is the combination of knowledge and action, that is, we should have the hardship consciousness that the qual-ity of talent cultivation is the lifeline of a university;the third is to grasp the key points, that is, we should continuously improve the quality of teaching staff;the fourth is system perfection, that is, we should truly guarantee that university leaders intensively study teaching;the fifth is the attention on spirit, that is, we should es-tablish a favorable style of university and learning.
