[目的]研究自我管理对脑梗死病人血脂和自我效能的影响。[方法]将180例脑梗死病人随机分为干预组和对照组各90例，对照组病人接受常规护理，干预组病人在常规护理基础上接受自我管理方案，比较两组病人的血脂情况、膳食评价评分和自我效能感评分。[结果]干预6个月后干预组病人的血脂水平、膳食评价和自我效能感优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]提高病人的自我管理水平可改善病人的血脂水平，优化病人的膳食结构，提高病人的自我效能感。
[목적]연구자아관리대뇌경사병인혈지화자아효능적영향。[방법]장180례뇌경사병인수궤분위간예조화대조조각90례，대조조병인접수상규호리，간예조병인재상규호리기출상접수자아관리방안，비교량조병인적혈지정황、선식평개평분화자아효능감평분。[결과]간예6개월후간예조병인적혈지수평、선식평개화자아효능감우우대조조(P<0.05)。[결론]제고병인적자아관리수평가개선병인적혈지수평，우화병인적선식결구，제고병인적자아효능감。
Obj ective:To study the influence of self management on blood lipids and self efficacy in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 180 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into interven-tion group and control group,90 cases each.Patients in control group re-ceived routine nursing.Patients in observation group were given self man-agement based on routine nursing.Then to compare blood lipids,dietary e-valuation score and self efficacy score in patients between both groups.Re-sults:The level of blood lipids,scores of dietary evaluation and self efficacy in observation group were significantly better than those in control group after 6 months of intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion:Self management can improve the level of blood lipids and self efficacy in patients with cere-bral infarction.
