新课改要求突出学生学习的主体地位，教师需要实现角色转变，为学生思维开发主动探索创造良好的学习环境。本文从营造良好的学习气氛、学法指导、思维启迪、分层训练等角度，对培养学生自主学习数学能力进行探析，重点强调营造环境和学法指导两个方面。

The new curriculum reform requires that the dominant role of students' learning should be highlighted, and the teacher should realize the role transformation, in order to create a favor-able environment for the development of students' thinking and their autonomous exploration. Starting from the establishment of favorable learning atmosphere, learning method guidance, think-ing inspiration and hierarchical training, this paper explored the cultivation of students' autonomous mathematics learning, and focused on the establishment of environment and learning method guidance.
