本文构建了工程造价专业学生素质模型，利用工程造价专业在校学生和就业人员问卷的调查数据验证了所构建的模型，结果表明：工程造价专业学生应具备专业创新素质（包含专业素质、学习素质和创新素质）、思想道德素质（包含职业素质和政治素质）和身心健康素质（包含身体素质和心理素质）。
本文構建瞭工程造價專業學生素質模型，利用工程造價專業在校學生和就業人員問捲的調查數據驗證瞭所構建的模型，結果錶明：工程造價專業學生應具備專業創新素質（包含專業素質、學習素質和創新素質）、思想道德素質（包含職業素質和政治素質）和身心健康素質（包含身體素質和心理素質）。
본문구건료공정조개전업학생소질모형，이용공정조개전업재교학생화취업인원문권적조사수거험증료소구건적모형，결과표명：공정조개전업학생응구비전업창신소질（포함전업소질、학습소질화창신소질）、사상도덕소질（포함직업소질화정치소질）화신심건강소질（포함신체소질화심리소질）。
This paper built a model for the quality of students majoring in engineering cost, and verified the model by using the survey data from the questionnaires of students and staffs in the engineering cost major, and the results show thatstudents major-ing in engineering cost should have professional innovation qual-ities (including professional quality, learning quality and innova-tive quality), ideological and moral qualities (including profes-sional quality and political quality) and physical and psycholog-icd health qualities (including physical and mental qualities).
