成人高校是我国高校中的一个特殊组成部分，其教学方式也必然会存在一定的特殊性。在高校中，对毛泽东思想进行学习，已经是我们社会的根本要求，有助于巩固社会主义地位，有助于学生对中国特色社会主义的理论体系进行了解，有利于弘扬毛泽东思想。对于成人高校来说，毛泽东思想的教学经历了各个过程，其中取得了一定的成就，必然也遭遇了很多的挑战。那么本文就主要针对成人高校中的毛泽东思想教育所遭遇的挑战，来分析该如何进行“概论”的教学，以提高教学的实效性。

As a special component of China's colleges, adult edu-cation colleges will inevitably possess certain differences in teaching style. In common colleges, the learning of Mao Zedong Thought has already become the basic requirement of our society, as it can consolidate the socialist position and help students un-derstand the theoretical system of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, and more importantly, it can help highlight Mao Zedong Thought. For adult education colleges, the teaching of Mao Zedong Thought has experienced various stages and achieved certain results, but it has also suffered from many chal-lenges. In view of the challenges, this paper analyzed how to teach this course, aiming to improve its effectiveness.
