本文以重庆大学城市建设与环境工程学院学生党支部的实践探索为参考，结合高校学生党支部建设现状，进行微博时代下高校学生党支部建设探索实践，为有关部门加强和改进微博时代下高校基层党组织工作提供决策参考。

On the analysis of exploration and practice of the student's Party branch in School of Urban Construction and Environmental Engineering, Chongqing University, and combined with the present situation of the student's Party branch construction in colleges and universities, this paper studies the construction of college student's Party branch under micro-blog era, to provide some reference for relevant departments to strengthen and improve the work of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities under micro-blog era.
