分析了目前国际化形势下高职学生软能力的不足，以发电厂及电力系统专业为例开展了 SWH CDIO的项目式的教学改革，给出了专业培养的CDIO具体方案，并举例说明项目式教学改革、多样化的竞赛在提高学生的软能力上的作用。通过开放性实验室、人文教育、职业核心能力培养等多种举措加强软能力的培养，实践证明效果明显。

Soft Capability of students in higher-level vocational school is weak in the situation of international .So reform of a major named electrical engineering and automation was put into use according to the project -teaching based on SWH CDIO.The CDIO plan of major was introduced .In order to improving the soft capability of students ,many contests and pro-ject-teaching of courses were used in the reform .Then the opening-experiment, humanist education and education of voca-tion’ s ability were adopted to enhance the capability .It is effective by reform .
