文章为探索终身学习背景下大学生自主学习的现状及影响因素,采用自编调查问卷对江西中医药大学本专科学生及研究生进行问卷调查,通过构建大学生自主学习有序概率模型实证研究江西中医药大学学生自主学习的现状及影响因素。结果发现:独生子女、对专业越感兴趣、以掌握‘双基’为动机、生活有规律、学习有计划、自信心等对自主学习有显著影响,性别、父母文化程度、年级、家庭收入和父母的期望程度等因素没有显著影响,学习环境及其社会性对大学生自主学习影响很小。建议积极培养大学生的自主学习意识和专业兴趣;重视基础知识和基本能力的培养,特别是专业基础知识和基本技能;引导学生养成有规律作息和有计划学习的习惯;加强学生学习效能感和自信心的培养。

To probe into the present learning situation and the influencing factors in university students ’ self-study against the back-ground of lifelong education ,this article conducts a questionnaire survey to the junior college students ,undergraduates and postgrad-uates of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ,with its self-edited questionnaire .It tries to conduct an empirical study of the present situation and the influencing factors in university students’ self-study through the construction of ordered probability model for university students’ self-study .The results are:obvious influencing factors include being the only child ,the interest in the specialty ,the motivation of mastering “double bases” ,regular life ,well-planned study and self -confidence;non-obvious influencing factors include sex ,eduction of the parents ,grade ,family income ,and expectation from the parents ;slight influencing factors include learning environment and sociability .Thus the article puts forward the following suggestions :to actively train univer-sity students’ awareness of self -study and to cultivate their interest in the specialty ;to attach importance to the training of basic knowledge and basic abilities ,esp .,the basic knowledge and abilities of specialty ;to guide students in forming the habits of regular life and planned learning ;to strengthen the training of students’ sense of competence and self-confidence .
