随着我国高等教育大众化的到来，大学生就业难成为社会普遍关注的热点问题。基于学生就业能力提升考虑，在大量调查研究基础上，形成了面向市场的土地资源管理专业三位一体的专业人才培养体系：思想教育子系统使学生树立牢固的面向市场就业意识，专业学习和综合就业能力训练由被动变主动；课程设置与修订子系统改善专业结构，加强实践训练，提升专业教学质量；就业能力培养子系统全面培养学生就业能力，增强学生就业竞争力和后续发展能力。

Along with the arrival of popular education of higher-education in China , graduates employment has be-come a hot social issue .Took the promotion of employed ability of the student into consideration ,this study puts for-ward a trinity system for market-orient talent cultivation in Land Resource Management Major based on massive in-vestigation .The ideological education subsystem makes the student build up market-orient employment conscious-ness,change major study and the general employment ability training from passiveness to initiative .The curriculum and revision subsystem improves the professional structure ,enhances practice training ,and promotes major teaching ability.The employment ability cultivation subsystem cultivates comprehensively students 'employment ability , strengthens students'employment competitive power and following development ability .
