目的：研究童年时期的教养方式、情绪情感、人际关系与失眠症的相关性。方法门诊招募失眠症患者和健康志愿者各79名，选取广安门忆溯性人格量表（ GMPI量表）中的童年教养方式、情绪情感、人际关系维度进行测查，对所得结果进行统计分析。结果两组差异在教养方式-严厉与惩罚维度有统计学意义（P＜0.05），在情绪情感-焦虑感维度有统计学意义，（P＜0.05），失眠组的分数高于正常人；在人际关系-交往行为维度有统计学意义（P＜0.05），失眠组的分数高于正常人。结论本研究和既有的文献支持这样的结果，失眠症患者学龄前所受的严厉与批评的教养方式以及不良的交往行为，可能导致了易焦虑的人格特点，这使人们更容易患失眠症。
목적：연구동년시기적교양방식、정서정감、인제관계여실면증적상관성。방법문진초모실면증환자화건강지원자각79명，선취엄안문억소성인격량표（ GMPI량표）중적동년교양방식、정서정감、인제관계유도진행측사，대소득결과진행통계분석。결과량조차이재교양방식-엄려여징벌유도유통계학의의（P＜0.05），재정서정감-초필감유도유통계학의의，（P＜0.05），실면조적분수고우정상인；재인제관계-교왕행위유도유통계학의의（P＜0.05），실면조적분수고우정상인。결론본연구화기유적문헌지지저양적결과，실면증환자학령전소수적엄려여비평적교양방식이급불량적교왕행위，가능도치료역초필적인격특점，저사인문경용역환실면증。
To study the connection between insomnia patients and normal volunteers on the parenting styles,emotion, interpersonal relationship in childhood.Methods Selected 79 insomnia patients from clinic and 79 normal volunteers .Selected childhood parenting styles ,childhood emotion ,childhood interpersonal relationship of Guang ’ anmen memory-tracing personality in-ventory (GMPI) as observation indexes.And then to analyze the data.Results There is statistical significance between two groups on three dimensions .The score of insomnia group is higher than normal group on severe and punishment of parenting styles , anxiety dimensions of emotion, as well as the communication behavior dimension of interpersonal (P<0.05).Conclusion The research re-sults and the existing literature supported that severe and punishment of parenting styles and indecent communicative behavior may led to anxiety, which make people more likely to suffer from insomnia .
