目的：探讨中国人睡眠障碍与社会支持的关系及其影响因素。方法随机整群抽样法，在全国18省市分层抽取健康人13080人，发放中国社会支持量表和中国睡眠障碍量表，数据采用SPSS 17.0进行统计处理。分别进行描述性统计分析、独立样本t检验、相关分析、回归分析。结果1）城市人群睡眠障碍各因子分显著高于农村（ P＜0.01）；独生子女的运动性异样睡眠因子、非运动性异样睡眠因子分显著低于非独生子女（P＜0.01），独生子女嗜睡因子分显著高于非独生子女（P＜0.01）；除嗜睡因子外，已婚者其他睡眠障碍因子分高于未婚者（P＜0.01）。2）中国是否独生子女、不同婚姻状况社会支持各因子分显著差异（P＜0.01）；中国社会支持各因子分的城乡差异不显著（P＞0.05）。3）中国社会支持各因子与睡眠障碍各因子呈显著正相关（ P＜0.01）；社会支持各因子进入日间功能、失眠、嗜睡、非运动性异样睡眠的回归方程，对该睡眠障碍有预测作用（ P＝0.000）；主观支持和客观支持进入运动性异样睡眠回归方程，可显著预测其运动性异样睡眠状况（ P＝0.000）。结论中国不同人口群体的社会支持和睡眠障碍存在差异，社会支持状况与个体睡眠质量密切相关。
목적：탐토중국인수면장애여사회지지적관계급기영향인소。방법수궤정군추양법，재전국18성시분층추취건강인13080인，발방중국사회지지량표화중국수면장애량표，수거채용SPSS 17.0진행통계처리。분별진행묘술성통계분석、독립양본t검험、상관분석、회귀분석。결과1）성시인군수면장애각인자분현저고우농촌（ P＜0.01）；독생자녀적운동성이양수면인자、비운동성이양수면인자분현저저우비독생자녀（P＜0.01），독생자녀기수인자분현저고우비독생자녀（P＜0.01）；제기수인자외，이혼자기타수면장애인자분고우미혼자（P＜0.01）。2）중국시부독생자녀、불동혼인상황사회지지각인자분현저차이（P＜0.01）；중국사회지지각인자분적성향차이불현저（P＞0.05）。3）중국사회지지각인자여수면장애각인자정현저정상관（ P＜0.01）；사회지지각인자진입일간공능、실면、기수、비운동성이양수면적회귀방정，대해수면장애유예측작용（ P＝0.000）；주관지지화객관지지진입운동성이양수면회귀방정，가현저예측기운동성이양수면상황（ P＝0.000）。결론중국불동인구군체적사회지지화수면장애존재차이，사회지지상황여개체수면질량밀절상관。
Objective To explore the relationship between Chinese People’s sleep quality and Chinese people’s social support and its influencing factors to provide solid evidence for improvement of sleep disorder.Methods A total of 13080 health participants in 18 provinces of China were chosen by random cluster sampling,and were assessed by Chinese People’s So-cial Support Scale( CPSSS) and Chinese People’s Sleep Disorder Scale( CPSDS) .A variety of Statistic methods such as descrip-tive statistic analysis,t-test for independent sample,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were employed for data processing.Results 1 ) All factor scores of sleep disorder in urban group were lower than rural group ( P<0.01 ); The scores of motile abnormal sleep,immotile abnormal sleep in only-child group were lower than corresponding group( P<0.01);The scores of lethargy in only-child group were higher than corresponding group(P<0.01);The scores of all factors in CPSDS except lethargy in married group were higher than unmarried group(P<0.01).2)The social support scores of Chinese sample in only-child or not,married status had significant difference( P<0.01);but The social support scores of rural-urban difference were not statistically significant (P>0.05).3)All factors of social support positively correlated to sleep disorder (P<0.01).Multiple regression analysis suggested All factors of social support were selected into the regressive functions of daytime function,insomni-a,lethargy,immotile abnormal sleep and they could predict the current status of the above four factors of sleep disorder ( P=0.000).The subjective social support and objective social support were selected into regressive function of motile abnormal sleep and they could predict the current status of motile abnormal sleep(P=0.000).Conclusion The current status of social support and sleep disorder in demographic sample have significant difference;Social support closely related to sleep disorder,and it can predict the sleep disorder.
