为保证封闭在有限容器内的500 kV油绝缘Marx发生器的可靠运行,用Ansys有限元计算软件计算了容器内3维电场分布。结果表明:最大电场出现在末级开关金属外壳的尖角处,其值接近绝缘介质的耐受场强,不利于系统的可靠运行。开关外壳安装均压环后,该处场强大大下降并远小于绝缘介质的击穿场强。
為保證封閉在有限容器內的500 kV油絕緣Marx髮生器的可靠運行,用Ansys有限元計算軟件計算瞭容器內3維電場分佈。結果錶明:最大電場齣現在末級開關金屬外殼的尖角處,其值接近絕緣介質的耐受場彊,不利于繫統的可靠運行。開關外殼安裝均壓環後,該處場彊大大下降併遠小于絕緣介質的擊穿場彊。

In order to insure the safe operation of a 500 kV Marx generator in a grounded metallic tank of limited volume filled with transformer oil , 3-D electric field in the tank is calculated using Ansys software .The result shows that the highest electric field always appears at the sharp corner of the metallic shell of the last stage gap switch and is close to the breakdown field of the transformer oil .After rounding the sharp corner by mounting a metallic hemisphere on the gap switch shell , the highest electric field is much reduced to a value that is lower than the breakdown field of the transformer oil .
