应用专利分析软件对国家专利局七国两组织数据库及欧洲专利局数据库中的环境核辐射监测系统进行检索,在出入口控制、区域环境控制、流出物监测等技术方面进行了专利分布和技术特点分析,就今后我国环境核辐射监测系统在上述技术领域的专利战略构建提出了初步的建议。
應用專利分析軟件對國傢專利跼七國兩組織數據庫及歐洲專利跼數據庫中的環境覈輻射鑑測繫統進行檢索,在齣入口控製、區域環境控製、流齣物鑑測等技術方麵進行瞭專利分佈和技術特點分析,就今後我國環境覈輻射鑑測繫統在上述技術領域的專利戰略構建提齣瞭初步的建議。

This article researched on related patents literature on the major technology in monitoring system of the environmental nuclear radiation by applying patent analysis software in the database of National patent of -fices and seven countries and two organizations and the European Patent Office .Analyses the patent distribution of quantity and technology , and gave some recommendations on the future of the intellectual property of the ma -jor technology in the monitoring system of the environmental nuclear radiation ,including entrance control ,Re-gional environmental control ,effluent monitoring .
