利用MCNP模拟得到了某型HP-Ge探测器对一系列不同能量γ射线的响应能谱,根据响应能谱得到了相应的全能峰探测效率,在此基础上对探测器效率刻度曲线进行了模拟,可为HP-Ge探测器的设计和使用提供参考和依据。模拟结果表明:探测器对低能γ射线(60~300 keV )探测效率较高,随着能量的增加其效率逐渐减小;对能量在160 keV~1.8 MeV范围的γ射线,探测器效率与射线能量在双对数坐标中的关系为一条直线。

이용MCNP모의득도료모형HP-Ge탐측기대일계렬불동능량γ사선적향응능보,근거향응능보득도료상응적전능봉탐측효솔,재차기출상대탐측기효솔각도곡선진행료모의,가위HP-Ge탐측기적설계화사용제공삼고화의거。모의결과표명:탐측기대저능γ사선(60~300 keV )탐측효솔교고,수착능량적증가기효솔축점감소;대능량재160 keV~1.8 MeV범위적γ사선,탐측기효솔여사선능량재쌍대수좌표중적관계위일조직선。
The response spectrums for a group of γ-ray with different energy in a HP -Ge detector had been simulated using MCNP code ,with which the corresponding full -energy peak efficiency was concluded .Based on those results ,efficiency calibration curve was simulated , which could provide a good reference and basis for the design and use of HP -Ge detector .The simulation results show that the detector efficiency for the γ-ray with low energy (60~300 keV) is at a comparatively higher level ,and it decreases gradually when the energy of γ-ray increases;there is a linear relationship between the detector efficiency and the energy of γ-ray with 160 keV ~1.8 MeV in the logarithm coordinate system .
