采用文献资料法，查阅大量拓展训练课程的场地器材、教材、课程安全及培训师资等的文献资料，并对云南有代表性的高职院校随机抽取的20名教师和1910个学生进行问卷调查，调查结果显示：拓展训练的教学模式、教学目标及与体育课的相关性决定了拓展训练在云南高职院校实施是可行的，能为高职院校培养优秀人才作出重要贡献。

After a literature review of site,equipments,security and teachers’training for outward bound course,a questionnaire was conducted to 20 teachers and 1910 students in some typical vocational colle-ges in Yunnan.The result shows that it is feasible to set the outward bound course in terms of its teaching model,teaching objective and their correlation with physical education.The course setting would surely contribute a lot to cultivate qualified personnel.
