目的:将金钱草抑制结石形成多作用靶点和碳酸锂单作用靶点相结合,探讨预防大鼠肾结石形成及作用机制.方法:90只成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分入九组(正常、对照、低中高剂量金钱草组、碳酸锂组和低中高剂量金钱草联合碳酸锂组).经一周适应环境,5%草酸铵饲料喂养实验组大鼠一周后,以不同浓度水煎剂灌胃(1 mL/次,2次/天).第21天留取尿液/24 h、血及肾标本.检测血、尿标本各项理化指标,观察尿结晶、肾结晶沉积和病理改变.结果:血清锂仅在碳酸锂及联合治疗组检测到,且呈逐渐增高趋势,高剂量金钱草联合治疗组为1.38±0.41 mmol/L.中高剂量联合治疗组的尿柠檬酸水平较中高剂量金钱草组增高53%,较碳酸锂组增高24.3%,尿量/24 h增加1倍,尿草酸水平降低1倍.结论:中剂量金钱草联合碳酸锂组对尿柠檬酸浓度表现出显著的协同调节作用,使尿柠檬酸水平较正常大鼠升高4.15倍.

목적:장금전초억제결석형성다작용파점화탄산리단작용파점상결합,탐토예방대서신결석형성급작용궤제.방법:90지성년웅성Wistar대서수궤분입구조(정상、대조、저중고제량금전초조、탄산리조화저중고제량금전초연합탄산리조).경일주괄응배경,5%초산안사료위양실험조대서일주후,이불동농도수전제관위(1 mL/차,2차/천).제21천류취뇨액/24 h、혈급신표본.검측혈、뇨표본각항이화지표,관찰뇨결정、신결정침적화병리개변.결과:혈청리부재탄산리급연합치료조검측도,차정축점증고추세,고제량금전초연합치료조위1.38±0.41 mmol/L.중고제량연합치료조적뇨저몽산수평교중고제량금전초조증고53%,교탄산리조증고24.3%,뇨량/24 h증가1배,뇨초산수평강저1배.결론:중제량금전초연합탄산리조대뇨저몽산농도표현출현저적협동조절작용,사뇨저몽산수평교정상대서승고4.15배.
Aim:We propose to increase citrate regulation through the combination the multi-target effect of Ds and single target effect of LiC,enhance the prophylaxis of CaOx stones and clear its possible mechanism.Methods:90 adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into nine groups (Normal,Pla-cebo,LDs,MDs,HDs,LiC,LDs+LiC,MDs+LiC,HDs+LiC).After one week of acclimatization, the rats were fed by containing 5% ammonium oxalate (AmOx)feed for one week,and then given the different does aqueous extracts(1ml/time,Bid).On the 21st day of experimental period,the rats were placed in separate metabolic cages to collect 24 -h urine,and then both blood and kidneys were ob-tained.Samples were used to various determinations involving physical and biochemtry examination, crystalluria,CaOx deposition evaluation and pathological examination.Results:Serum Li was only de-tected in Lic and combination therapy groups,and showed a gradually increasing trend.Moreover,serum Li level was 1.38 ±0.41 mmol/L in high dose combination therapy group.Urinary pH value,citrate, and calcium concentration significantly increased.Of these,urinary citrate level increased 53% and 24.3% compared with Ds and LiC groups,respectively.There was 1-fold increase in urinary volume and 1-fold decrease in Ox excretion.Conclusion:The combination therapy middle dose Ds and LiC indicates obvious synergistic action on urinary citrate,which can increase 4.15 folds compared with normal.
