研究电镀液成分对镀覆金刚石品质的影响。用冲击韧性测定仪测定镀覆金刚石的冲击韧性值;用金刚石单颗粒抗压强度测定仪测试不同增重率的单颗镀覆金刚石的抗压强度。结果表明:NaCl 是影响电镀液导电性的主要因素,NiSO4对电镀液的导电性基本没有影响;NaCl 质量浓度为5~30 g/L 时,镀覆金刚石的冲击韧性值随着NaCl质量浓度的增大而增大,当NaCl质量浓度超过30 g/L后,镀覆金刚石冲击韧性值随NaCl质量浓度的增大而减小;NiSO4质量浓度介于100g/L 和250 g/L 之间时,镀覆金刚石的冲击韧性值随着NiSO4质量浓度的增大而提高;增重率对镀覆金刚石的抗压强度起到决定性的作用,NaCl质量浓度和NiSO4质量浓度对镀覆金刚石抗压强度基本没有影响。

The effect of bath components on the properties of Ni-coated diamond is investigated The impact toughness is tested by impact toughness test apparatus and the compressive strength of single grain is tested by diamond single particle compressive strength tester Results show that NaCl is the main factor influencing the electrical conductivity of plating solution while NiSO4 has no effect on the electrical conductivity The impact toughness of diamond increases with the increase of NaCl concentration when the concentration is among 5~30 g/L but when it is greater than 30 g/L the impact toughness decreases with the increase of NaCl concentration The impact toughness increases with the increase of NiSO4 concentration when the concentration is among 100~250 g/L The weight rate has a great effect on the compressive strength of diamond while NaCl and NiSO4 concentrations have no effect on the compressive strength.
