The smelting process of fine steel ,of which chemical composition required is strict , was de-scribed.The steelmaking process is 30t EAF -LF -VHD.The control difficulties and the key of smelting operation for each process is presented , which can ensure chemical composition qualified , such as, dephophorization of EAF to P≤0.001%, desulfurization of LF to S≤0.003%and desulfu-rization of VHD to S≤0.001%.
