研究了苯基硅橡胶生胶中苯基含量对硅橡胶隔声性能的影响。结果表明,提高苯基硅橡胶生胶中的苯基含量可提高硅橡胶的力学损耗性能,从而影响隔声性能;在50~450 Hz声频范围内,硅橡胶的隔声性能受材料劲度、损耗因子和密度等因素综合影响,高苯基硅橡胶在50~450 Hz声频范围内传递损失曲线较为平滑,具有优异的隔声稳定性。
研究瞭苯基硅橡膠生膠中苯基含量對硅橡膠隔聲性能的影響。結果錶明,提高苯基硅橡膠生膠中的苯基含量可提高硅橡膠的力學損耗性能,從而影響隔聲性能;在50~450 Hz聲頻範圍內,硅橡膠的隔聲性能受材料勁度、損耗因子和密度等因素綜閤影響,高苯基硅橡膠在50~450 Hz聲頻範圍內傳遞損失麯線較為平滑,具有優異的隔聲穩定性。

The influences of the content phenyl on the acoustic properties of phenyl silicone rubbers were studied.Results show that increasing the phenyl content can improve the mechanical loss performance of sili-cone rubber,thus influenced the sound insulation of the rubber.In the sound frequency range of 50 Hz to 450 Hz,the acoustic properties of silicone rubber are influenced by the hardness and loss factor,and density of the materials.In the sound frequency range of 50 Hz and 450 Hz,the transmission-loss curve of the phenyl silicone rubber is smooth and the rubber has excellent sound insulation.
