为探索超声波法在线检测硝酸铵溶液浓度的可行性,将待测硝酸铵溶液的实时超声波声速和温度测试信号输入计算机软件系统,与基础数据库中标准曲线对照得出硝酸铵溶液浓度值。通过与化学分析法测得的硝酸铵溶液的浓度进行对比,表明超声波法在线检测硝酸铵溶液的浓度是可行的,测量精度能达到±0.5%以上。
為探索超聲波法在線檢測硝痠銨溶液濃度的可行性,將待測硝痠銨溶液的實時超聲波聲速和溫度測試信號輸入計算機軟件繫統,與基礎數據庫中標準麯線對照得齣硝痠銨溶液濃度值。通過與化學分析法測得的硝痠銨溶液的濃度進行對比,錶明超聲波法在線檢測硝痠銨溶液的濃度是可行的,測量精度能達到±0.5%以上。

The feasibility of online detecting concentration of ammonium nitrate solution by ultrasonic wave was explored. While the signals of ultrasonic velocities and temperatures of ammonium nitrate solution were input to the computer software system, and compared with the standard curve, the concentration of ammonium nitrate solution would be obtained. The study compared the concentration measured by ultrasonic method with that measured by chemical analysis, the results showed that online detecting concentration of ammonium nitrate solution by ultrasonic wave is feasible, the detection accuracy can reach up to ± 0.5%.
