基于激光火工品系统自检技术,对单波长和双波长自检系统的检测激光功率安全上限进行了分析。在连续激光输入条件下,采用D优化感度试验方法对激光起爆器进行了不发火功率试验,确定了激光起爆器在单/双波长自检系统中的检测功率安全上限;并通过自检系统功能试验验证了激光起爆器检测功率安全上限设计的合理性,为激光火工品自检系统的设计提供了参考依据。

In this paper, the laser initiation system and the build-in-test(BIT) system were introduced, the upper safety limit of test power for single-wavelength and double-wavelength BIT system was analyzed, the no-fire power test of initiator was conducted with CW laser input model by using the Neyer D method, as well as the upper safety limit of test power for initiator in single/double BIT system was specified. Meanwhile, the rationality of designed safety limit was also verified. The study provided the reference for design of BIT system.
