为了研究工业雷管的抗弯性能,对工业雷管进行了弯曲破坏试验研究。结果表明:工业雷管的抗弯性能与工业雷管的管壳生产工艺、材质和工业雷管的装配工艺有关;工业雷管的极限破坏力矩不随所受作用力的大小和作用部位改变而变化,但极限破坏力随作用力臂的增大而减小。
為瞭研究工業雷管的抗彎性能,對工業雷管進行瞭彎麯破壞試驗研究。結果錶明:工業雷管的抗彎性能與工業雷管的管殼生產工藝、材質和工業雷管的裝配工藝有關;工業雷管的極限破壞力矩不隨所受作用力的大小和作用部位改變而變化,但極限破壞力隨作用力臂的增大而減小。

In order to study the bending resistance of industrial detonator, experimental study on the flexural failure of the industrial detonator was carried out. The result indicates that the bending resistance has correlation to the production process and material of the detonator shell, as well as the assembly process of the industrial detonator. The ultimate damage moment of force does not vary with the change of acting force and the arm of force, but the ultimate damage force decreases with the increase of arm of force.
