选取4只2岁龄、体9约50 kg、装置了永久性瘤胃瘘管的4尾寒羊公羊,采取4×4拉丁方设计,在(料型和精料型日粮条件下给绵羊添喂气溶胶 OT(0,0.4,0.8,4.0 g/kg 日粮),以研究不同剂<气溶胶 OT 对绵羊采食、瘤胃原虫和细菌+<的影响.结果表明,添喂气溶胶 OT 0.4,0.8,4.0g/kg日粮,在(料型日粮条件下绵羊的自由采食<分别提高13.2%(P <0.01),30.7%(P <0.01)和-5.3%(P <0.01),瘤胃原虫+<分别减少33.9%(P<0.01),54.2%(P <0.01)和86.3%(P <0.01),细菌总+分别增加33.6%(P <0.01),46.9%(P <0.01)和-23.5%(P <0.01);在精料型日粮条件下绵羊的自由采食<分别提高7.1%(P <0.01),16.3%(P <0.01)和-5.6%(P <0.01),瘤胃原虫+<分别减少30.1%(P <0.01),56.2%(P <0.01)和89.0%(P <0.01),细菌总+分别增加44.7%(P <0.01),59.4%(P <0.01)和-19.8%(P <0.01).本研究表明,添喂适<的气溶胶 OT可以同时减少绵羊瘤胃原虫+<和增加细菌总+,提高绵羊采食<.

Four Small Tail Han Sheep rams of 2-years-old,the body weight of about 50 kg with perma-nent rumen fistula,were designed as 4×4 Latin squares,and supplemented with aerosol OT (0,0.4,0.8 and 4.0 g/kg of diet)in the conditions of feeding the roughage- and concentrate-type diets respectively,to study the effect of different doses of aerosol OT on the intake,the number of the rumen protozoon and bacteria of sheep.The results showed that with the supplement of aerosol OT at 0.4,0.8 and 4.0 g/kg of diet respec-tively,in the condition of feeding roughage-type diet,the voluntary intake of sheep were increased by 13.2%(P <0.01),30.7%(P <0.01)and -5.3%(P <0.01)respectively;the number of rumen protozoon were decreased by 33.9%(P <0.01),54.2%(P <0.01)and 86.3%(P <0.01)respectively;the total num-ber of rumen bacteria were increased by 33.6%(P <0.01),46.9%(P <0.01)and -23.5%(P <0.01)re-spectively;in the condition of feeding concentrate-type diet,the voluntary intake of sheep were increased by 7.1%(P <0.01),16.3%(P <0.01)and -5.6%(P <0.01)respectively;the number of rumen protozoon were increased by 30.1%(P <0.01),56.2%(P <0.01)and 89.0%(P <0.01)respectively;and the total number of rumen bacteria were increased by 44.7%(P <0.01),59.4%(P <0.01)and -19.8%(P <0.01)respectively.It is concluded that the supplement of appropriate amount of aerosol OT could decrease the number of protozoon and increase the number of total bacteria of rumen simultaneously,and increase the intake of sheep.
