基于某点火器的结构组成,找出了影响其贮存寿命的主要因素,采用71℃试验法对点火器进行加速寿命试验,通过转换次数试验、安全位置裕度试验、本体合件承压密封性试验和点火器叠加环境载荷后的点火试验,进一步证实了点火器的贮存能力,并通过对灵敏参量的显著性检验评估了常温贮存期限。本研究为评估同类产品的贮存寿命提供了参考。

Based on the structure of some igniter, the major factors influencing storage life of the igniter were found out. The 71℃ accelerated life test was carried out, then the switch time test, the safety position abundant test, the noumenon endure test, as well as the ignition test after environmental loading have been done, for approving the storage ability of the igniter. At last, the storage life of the igniter was evaluated through the significance test of some sensitivity parameters. The study provides some reference for the storage life evaluation of the same kind of products.
