目的：探讨湿润烧伤膏（ MEBO）治疗日光性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将240例日光性皮炎患者分为治疗组（120例）与对照组（120例），两组患者均口服西替利嗪，每日1次，每次10 mg。治疗组创面局部应用MEBO暴露治疗，对照组创面应用复方炉甘石洗剂治疗，对比观察两组患者的有效率、感染率及治愈时间。结果治疗组患者有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0?01），感染率明显低于对照组（P＜0?01），治愈时间明显短于对照组（P＜0?01）。结论 MEBO治疗日光性皮炎的疗效优于复方炉甘石洗剂，适用于海上群体日光性皮炎的治疗。

목적：탐토습윤소상고（ MEBO）치료일광성피염적림상료효。방법장240례일광성피염환자분위치료조（120례）여대조조（120례），량조환자균구복서체리진，매일1차，매차10 mg。치료조창면국부응용MEBO폭로치료，대조조창면응용복방로감석세제치료，대비관찰량조환자적유효솔、감염솔급치유시간。결과치료조환자유효솔명현고우대조조（P＜0?01），감염솔명현저우대조조（P＜0?01），치유시간명현단우대조조（P＜0?01）。결론 MEBO치료일광성피염적료효우우복방로감석세제，괄용우해상군체일광성피염적치료。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBO in treating solar dermatitis. Method A total of 240 patients with solar dermatitis were divided into two groups, the treatment group (120) and control group (120), which orally took Cetirizine once a day at the dosage of 10 mg. The wounds in treatment group received exposed therapy of MEBO, and the control group was treated with compound calamine lotion. The effective rate, infection rate and healing time of the two groups were observed and compared. Result Compared to control group, patients in treatment group had obviously higher effective rate (P<0?01), lower infection rate (P<0?01), and shorter healing time (P<0?01). Conclusion MEBO is superior to compound calamine lotion in treating solar dermatitis, being suitable for treatment of offshore mass solar dermatitis.
