目的：探讨河北农村糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响因素及应采取的对策。方法采用问卷调查的方式，对300例河北农村糖尿病患者分组进行治疗依从性及影响因素的调查，并进行干预和教育，提出护理对策。结果农村糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响因素有知识缺乏、医务人员教育不足、经济条件差、缺乏家庭和社会支持、吸烟、饮酒等不良生活方式、自我血糖监测不足、饮食控制差等。结论通过对上述因素进行干预，提高了患者的治疗依从性，良好地控制了血糖。
목적：탐토하북농촌당뇨병환자준의행위적영향인소급응채취적대책。방법채용문권조사적방식，대300례하북농촌당뇨병환자분조진행치료의종성급영향인소적조사，병진행간예화교육，제출호리대책。결과농촌당뇨병환자준의행위적영향인소유지식결핍、의무인원교육불족、경제조건차、결핍가정화사회지지、흡연、음주등불량생활방식、자아혈당감측불족、음식공제차등。결론통과대상술인소진행간예，제고료환자적치료의종성，량호지공제료혈당。
Objective To investigate the compliance and interrelated factors of diabetic patients in He-bei rural areas.Methods 300 cases with diabetic were investigated by questionnaire survey on compliance and interrelated factors,while intervention,education,and nursing strategy were established.Results Lack of knowledge, insufficient diabetic education, low income, insufficience of family and social sup-port,unhealthy life styles (cigarette,alcohol etc),insufficient blood glucose self-monitoring,poor diet-ary control were common factors influencing patient compliance.Conclusions Intervening risk factors can improve patient compliance,and ameliorate glucose control.
