目的：通过彩色多普勒超声评价体育运动对大隐静脉曲张的影响。方法20名运动员及20名普通学生均进行彩色多普勒超声检查，测量大隐静脉各段内径，观察双侧大隐静脉入口处静脉瓣有无返流及是否存在静脉曲张。结果20名运动员40条大隐静脉中有13支血管出现静脉曲张，9支血管隐股静脉瓣反流；而20名普通学生中仅有4支血管静脉曲张，2支血管隐股静脉瓣反流，两组间有明显差异（P＜0.05），同时运动员组的大隐静脉平均管径（5.5±0.9）mm明显大于普通学生组的（4.3±0.7）mm （P＜0.05）。结论由于直立时间较长及下肢运动负荷偏大，体育运动员较正常人更容易出现大隐静脉曲张，应尽早预防及有效诊断运动员的静脉曲张病变。

Objective To investigate the effects of physical exercise on varicose great saphenous vein (GSV)by color doppler ultrasonography.Methods 20 athletes and 20 normal students from our univer-sity were examined by color Doppler ultra-sonography to measure the diameter of great saphenous vein of three segments,and detect venous reflux of bilateral saphenous vein at the entrance and presence of vari-ces.Results In 40 great saphenous vein varices of 20 athletes,there were 13 vessels having great saphe-nous vein varices,and 9 vessel having saphenofemoral valve ref-lux.However in 40 great saphenous vein varices of 20 normal students,there were 4 vessels having great saphenous vein varices and 2 vessels hav-ing saphenofemor-al valve reflux.There were obvious differences between two groups (P<0.05),and the average GSV diameter of test group (5.5 ± 0.9 mm)was obviously higher than that of control group (4.3±0.7 mm)(P<0.05).Conclusion Because of longer time standing and larger load of lower limbs, athletes are more susceptible to have varicose great saphenous vein normal people.Using color doppler ul-trasonography can diagnose variose great saphenous vein earilier and prevent athletes from suffering dis-ease.
