尼日利亚首都阿布贾暴雨强度为120 mm/h,路堤坡面和路堑坡面汇水量大,坡率缓于1∶1.25,边坡高度小于8m的铁路路基土质边坡主要采用灌草+排水槽进行防护。由于尼日利亚混凝土价格高且当地工人施工技能较低,排水槽采用 C20混凝土工厂预制构件后现场拼装,每块排水槽高0.75 m、厚0.05 m、深0.15 m,梯形结构,前后2块排水槽长短边搭接拼装制作;排水槽间距15~20 m设置1道,排水槽间采用灌草防护。排水槽由工厂预制,可以有效减少混凝土用量及施工对环境的污染;现场拼装能有效提高施工效率;安装拆卸方便并可重复利用,避免形成废弃混凝土对环境二次污染。预制拼装式排水槽具有上述优点,但国内尚无先例,鉴于此,可在国内一般铁路坡率缓于1∶1.25的低矮路基边坡试用,进而根据试用效果推广运用。

In Abuja,capital of Nigeria,storm intensity is 120 mm/h with large catchment volume of roadbed surface and excavation top and with slope not more than 1∶1.25 .Shrub and grass as well as gutter are adopted for the railway road-bed soil slope,whose slope height is less than 8m.Due to the high price of concrete and low skill of the local construc-tion workers in Nigeria,the components of gutter are precast at factory with C20 concrete and assembled at site;it is trapezoid structure gutter of 0.75 ×0.05 ×0.15(height ×thickness ×depth)and the long and short edges of gutters front and rear are lapped and assembled;there is a gutter every 15 ~20 m with shrub and grass protection.Factory pre-cast for gutter can reduce the construction pollution effectively and field assembling can improve the construction efficien-cy;meanwhile,assembling and disassembling can be easy and be recycled to avoid the secondary pollution of waste con-crete to the environment.There is no precedent of application of precast assembling type gutter in China even though there are many advantages.Therefore,precast assembling type gutter can be applied to the low roadbed side slope(not more than 1∶1.25 )of the national ordinary railway and further developed and promoted according to the trial results.
