在铁路行业现有的防护体系下，驻站防护员仅能从室内设备读取列车的相关动向，不能掌握现场工作人员的具体位置等情况，在一定程度上造成室内外沟通和防护的脱节，使防护效率大大降低，安全风险进一步增加。为提高现场作业安全等级，提出可视化驻站防护系统方案。该系统将实时列车运行动态与人员现场分布情况同时提供给驻站及室外防护人员，使上述防护人员能够获得可视化、具体化的信息，从而可以准确、有效地监督指导现场作业人员的作业、避车与撤离。

In the existing railway industry protection system,the station monitor can only read the relevant of trains from the indoor equipment,cannot find the specific location of the attendants.This will to a certain extent cause the indoor and outdoor communication disconnect,further the decrease of protection efficiency and increase of safety.In order to improve the on-site security levels,visualization station protection system scheme is put forward.The system can monitor the real-time dynamic train and personnel distribution and simultaneously send them to station and outdoor protection personnel.After getting visualization and specific information,the protection personnel can achieve accurate and effective supervision of on-site personnel's operation such as assignment,refuge and evacuation.
