以5个不同生境的野生狼尾草种子为试验材料,萌发期采用10%,15%和20%浓度的 PEG 6000模拟干旱胁迫,幼苗生长期采用控水处理,通过对相对发芽率、相对发芽势、叶片相对电导率、叶片相对含水量等抗旱相关指标测量,综合评价野生狼尾草种子萌发期和幼苗期的抗旱性。结果表明:萌发期抗旱性较强的是 ST、YJ2,抗旱性较弱的是 FX、DY;ST 和 NS 苗期的抗旱性较强,YJ2和 FX 抗旱性弱;萌发期和苗期的抗旱性综合排名为 ST>NS>YJ2>DY>FX。

Five wild Pennisetum seeds in different habitats were used as materials in this study.Drought stress was induced by Polyethylene Glycol 6000 at the germination period,and water control treatment was used at the seedling growth period.The relative germination rate,relative germination potential,leaf relative electrical conductivity and leaf relative water content were measured.Drought resistance of these wild Pennisetum in ger-mination and the seedling was comprehensive analyzed.The results showed that drought resistance of ST,YJ2 were higher,drought resistance of FX and DY were lower in the different Pennisetum at the germination period;Drought resistance of ST and NS were higher,drought resistance of YJ2 and FX were lower in the different Pennisetum at the seedling growth period.Comprehensive ranking of drought resistance for Pennisetum at the germination and seedling stage was ST>NS>YJ2>DY>FX.
