介绍了以选择性催化还原技术( SCR )为基础的柴油掺烧尿素水溶液降低柴油机NOx 排放的工作原理,并进行了不同工况下燃用不同掺加比例燃料的发动机台架对比试验。研究表明,在不同工况下,柴油中添加尿素水溶液的比例为8%时对降低柴油机NO x 排放效果最好,最大降幅达11.6%,燃油消耗量也有不同程度的降低,且CO和HC的排放均未增加。

Based on the SCR technology ,the principle of reducing NO x emission by mixing diesel with urea solution was intro‐duced and the bench experiments of blended fuel with different mixing ratios were carried out under different conditions .The result shows that diesel fuel mixed with 8% urea solution can reach the optimal NOxemission reduction under different condi‐tions .The maximum reduction of NOx emission is 11 .8% ,the fuel consumption decreases to some extent and the CO and HC emission keep unchanged .
