通过更换汽油机的进气凸轮轴和活塞延长了进气持续期、提高了压缩比,并结合可变配气相位技术进行了米勒循环发动机对燃油经济性影响的试验研究。研究结果表明,米勒循环发动机提高了进气压力、增大了膨胀比,有效降低了泵气损失。2000 r/min负荷特性下米勒循环发动机进气压力平均增加12.7%,泵气损失降低53.3%;能量的有效利用程度高,发动机的燃油消耗率有明显的降低,2000 r/min工况燃油消耗率平均降幅为6.8%。

The intake duration was extended and the compression ratio was increased by changing the intake camshaft and pis‐ton of gasoline engine .Combining with the VVT technology ,the fuel economy of Miller cycle engine was researched by the ex‐periment .The results showed that Miller cycle engine could increase the intake pressure and expansion ratio and reduce the pumping loss effectively .In partial load of 2 000 r/min ,the intake pressure increased by 12 .7% on average and the pumping loss reduced by 53 .3% .The degree of effective energy utilization improved and the specific fuel consumption decreased signifi‐cantly ,which decreased by 6 .8% on average in 2 000 r/min .
