为了建立芩黄颗粒中甘草酸的含量测定方法并测定其含量,用高效液相色谱法( HP LC )测定芩黄颗粒中甘草酸的含量。采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.2 mol/L醋酸铵(65∶34,醋酸调节pH值至4.5)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为250 nm。结果显示甘草酸在0.499~7.976μg之间呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为99.3%,RSD=0.59%( n=6)。本方法重复性好,能准确测定芩黄颗粒中甘草酸的含量。

To establish the method for determining of glycyrrhizic acid in Qinhuang Granula by HPLC, C18 column was used with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2mol/L ammonium acetate (65 ∶ 34, adjusted pH to 4.5 with CH3 COOH) , the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 250 nm. The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0. 499~7. 977 μg for glycyrrhizic acid ( r=0. 9999 ) , the average recovery was 99.3%and RSD was 0.59%(n=6). The method was accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quantitative analysis of glycyrrhizic acid in Qinhuang Granula.
