在冶金行业51家上市公司中，搜集到26家公司2006～2012年度社会责任报告共102份，其总披露率仅为37．09％。对社会责任报告中环境绩效信息采用内容分析法进一步研究发现，近年来环境绩效信息披露数量未呈现稳定上升趋势，披露质量有待提高，各上市公司间的环境绩效信息披露差异扩大；在30项环境绩效指标中，平均每份报告仅披露6．25项，定量环境绩效指标披露率仅为13．71％；环境绩效信息披露规范性较差，表述随意性过强。

102 social responsibility reports from 2006 to 2012 by 26 listed metallurgical companies , 37 .09% of all the listed metallurgical ,were collected .Content analysis of the reports show that there’s no stable increase in the quantity of environmental performance disclosure in the reports ,the quality of the disclosure calls for further improvement ,and companies differ hugely from each other in the disclosure .On average ,only 6 .25 indicators among 30 environmental performance indicators are cov-ered and only 13 .71% of the quantitative environmental performance indicators are disclosed in each report .Moreover ,the disclosure is ,on the whole ,of poor standards with the language used not for-mal enough .
