以塔吊起重机起重臂桁架为研究对象,采用有限元分析软件建立其部分臂桁架模型,通过加载适当的边界条件和移动载荷后对其受力性能进行分析,并在移动载荷作用下完成了起重机臂桁架的拓扑优化概念设计。结果表明,拓扑优化设计较好地解决了塔吊起重机起重臂内部腹杆铺设的问题,使其臂桁架受力性能得到优化。
以塔弔起重機起重臂桁架為研究對象,採用有限元分析軟件建立其部分臂桁架模型,通過加載適噹的邊界條件和移動載荷後對其受力性能進行分析,併在移動載荷作用下完成瞭起重機臂桁架的拓撲優化概唸設計。結果錶明,拓撲優化設計較好地解決瞭塔弔起重機起重臂內部腹桿鋪設的問題,使其臂桁架受力性能得到優化。

With the use of the finite element analysis software ,the arm truss model of tower crane jib was established .Under the condition of loading appropriate boundary and moving loads ,the mechani-cal performance of the tower crane jib was analyzed and its topology optimal concept design was giv-en .The result demonstrates that the topology optimal design that optimizes the mechanical perform-ance of the arm truss can be a good solution to the paving problem of inner web members of the crane jib .
