以弧形齿联轴器的齿轮副为研究对象,基于弧形齿的加工原理,对齿轮副内外啮合齿轮建立三维模型,再将模型导入有限元软件中,分析内外齿轮在不同轴间倾角下的应力分布,并对齿轮进行强度校核,最终得出弧形齿联轴器的承载能力与内外齿轮轴间倾角的关系。
以弧形齒聯軸器的齒輪副為研究對象,基于弧形齒的加工原理,對齒輪副內外齧閤齒輪建立三維模型,再將模型導入有限元軟件中,分析內外齒輪在不同軸間傾角下的應力分佈,併對齒輪進行彊度校覈,最終得齣弧形齒聯軸器的承載能力與內外齒輪軸間傾角的關繫。
이호형치련축기적치륜부위연구대상,기우호형치적가공원리,대치륜부내외교합치륜건립삼유모형,재장모형도입유한원연건중,분석내외치륜재불동축간경각하적응력분포,병대치륜진행강도교핵,최종득출호형치련축기적승재능력여내외치륜축간경각적관계。
With the gear pair of the curved-tooth gear coupling as the research object and based on the processing principle of curved-tooth gear ,a three-dimensional model was built for internal and exter-nal gears of the curved-tooth gear coupling .The model was then imported into the finite element anal-ysis software to analyze the stress distribution of internal and external gears of the gear coupling be-tween different obliquity .The strength check for gears was also made .On this basis ,the relations between gear loading capacity and dip of the curved-tooth gear coupling were eventually obtained .
