对蒙古国焦煤进行煤质检验及配用试验,分析了焦炭的显微结构,结果表明,蒙古国焦煤变质程度偏低(介于1/3焦煤和焦煤之间),G值、Y值和膨胀度较高,塑性温度区间窄,成焦显微结构特征类似于1/3焦煤。用蒙古国焦煤完全替代优质焦煤,焦炭质量有所下降;而采用蒙古国焦煤部分替代焦煤和1/3焦煤可以稳定焦炭质量。
對矇古國焦煤進行煤質檢驗及配用試驗,分析瞭焦炭的顯微結構,結果錶明,矇古國焦煤變質程度偏低(介于1/3焦煤和焦煤之間),G值、Y值和膨脹度較高,塑性溫度區間窄,成焦顯微結構特徵類似于1/3焦煤。用矇古國焦煤完全替代優質焦煤,焦炭質量有所下降;而採用矇古國焦煤部分替代焦煤和1/3焦煤可以穩定焦炭質量。
대몽고국초매진행매질검험급배용시험,분석료초탄적현미결구,결과표명,몽고국초매변질정도편저(개우1/3초매화초매지간),G치、Y치화팽창도교고,소성온도구간착,성초현미결구특정유사우1/3초매。용몽고국초매완전체대우질초매,초탄질량유소하강;이채용몽고국초매부분체대초매화1/3초매가이은정초탄질량。
The quality of coking coals from Mongolia was analyzed and blending experiments of Mongo-lia coking coals were conducted .The microstructural analysis of the produced cokes shows that the metamorphic degree of coking coals from Mongolia is low ,which is between 1/3 coking coal and co-king coal ,their G values ,Y values and dilatation are high ,their plastic temperature ranges are nar-row ,and their coking microstructural features are similar to those of 1/3 coking coal .Therefore ,if high-quality coking coal is replaced by coking coal from Mongolia ,the quality of coke produced will decrease;however ,if coking coal from Mongolia is used to partially replace coking coal and 1/3 co-king coal ,the quality of coke produced remains stable .
