对武钢生产的X52MS管线钢进行组织及性能检验,对其 HIC性能及力学性能影响因素进行分析。结果表明,武钢生产的X52MS钢具有满足技术标准的强度和冲击韧性,HIC性能优异,其组织为铁素体+少量珠光体,带状组织级别为0.5级;降低X52M S钢中的M n、P、S含量,有利于抑制因成分偏析引起的带状组织的形成,从而提高X52MS钢的抗 HIC能力;卷取温度的降低会减弱强化析出效果,导致X52MS钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度、屈强比和冲击韧性降低。
對武鋼生產的X52MS管線鋼進行組織及性能檢驗,對其 HIC性能及力學性能影響因素進行分析。結果錶明,武鋼生產的X52MS鋼具有滿足技術標準的彊度和遲擊韌性,HIC性能優異,其組織為鐵素體+少量珠光體,帶狀組織級彆為0.5級;降低X52M S鋼中的M n、P、S含量,有利于抑製因成分偏析引起的帶狀組織的形成,從而提高X52MS鋼的抗 HIC能力;捲取溫度的降低會減弱彊化析齣效果,導緻X52MS鋼的屈服彊度、抗拉彊度、屈彊比和遲擊韌性降低。
대무강생산적X52MS관선강진행조직급성능검험,대기 HIC성능급역학성능영향인소진행분석。결과표명,무강생산적X52MS강구유만족기술표준적강도화충격인성,HIC성능우이,기조직위철소체+소량주광체,대상조직급별위0.5급;강저X52M S강중적M n、P、S함량,유리우억제인성분편석인기적대상조직적형성,종이제고X52MS강적항 HIC능력;권취온도적강저회감약강화석출효과,도치X52MS강적굴복강도、항랍강도、굴강비화충격인성강저。
Analysis was carried out of the structure and performance of X52MS pipeline steel produced by Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation (WISCO) ,and factors that influence its HIC performance and mechanical properties were investigated .The results show that ,XM2MS pipleline steel produced by WISCO meets the technical standards in strength and impact toughness ,boasting excellent HIC per-formance .Consisting of ferrite and little pearlite ,the steel has banded structure w hose grade is 0.5. Reducing the content of Mn ,P and S in the steel inhibits the formation of banded structure in the steel resulting from composition segregation and promotes the anti-HIC capability of the steel ,while reduc-ing the coiling temperature will weaken strengthening precipitation ,leading to the decrease of the steel in yield strength ,tensile strength ,yield-strength ratio and impact toughness .
