This paper describes different treatments for waste HPF desulfurizing liquid and analyzes operating cost and investment estimate for different HPF desulfurizing liquids and sulfur as well .The analysis shows that it costs very few but with big pollutants by blending the desulfurizing liquid with coking coal and that it costs a little bit more but not a sustainable investment in the long -run by ex-tracting salt from the desulfurizing liquid and thirdly it costs high but can be recycled into the coking process by acid-making which is achievable to a win-win situation in terms of economic benefit and environmental benefit .
