介绍了190 t／h双斜道干熄焦的工艺流程，对热管换热器、双斜道、多管旋风分离式除尘器等关键技术的应用进行了阐述。实际生产表明，以上技术的应用提高了干熄焦热能利用，降低了焦炭浮起几率，改善了除尘效果，为稳定运行提供了有利条件。

The process of 190t/h double chut CDQ in Anyang Steel ,and the application of some key equipment such as heat-pipe exchanger ,double chute ,multi-tube cyclone separation de-dustor were described .Practical production shows that the application of such equipment can increase the utiliza -tion of CDQ heat power,reduce the possibility of coke floating,improve CDQ de-dusting effect,and provide favorable conditions for the stable running of the whole CDQ system .
