目的:探讨脑源性神经营养因子(brain derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)在颞叶癫痫(temporal lobe epilepsy, TLE)发病机制中的作用。方法观察组为2012年3月-2013年3月在某医院神经外科癫痫中心16例TLE患儿术中切除的海马脑组织,对照组为2011年9月-2013年3月某医院神经外科8例非癫痫手术患儿的海马脑组织。标本采用免疫组化SABC法进行检测。免疫组化结果的判定以显微镜下观察,按每张切片的阳性细胞着色程度及数量,采用积分综合计量,并采用Ridit分析。结果按照显微镜下观察评分对两组数据进行分类,经Ridit 分析可知两组分级差异有统计学意义( Hc=9.2472,P<0.01),故认为观察组海马脑组织中BDNF表达强于对照组中海马脑组织BDNF表达。结论 BDNF在颞叶癫痫患儿的海马脑组织中表达增强,可能在颞叶癫痫的发病机制中起重要作用。

목적:탐토뇌원성신경영양인자(brain derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)재섭협전간(temporal lobe epilepsy, TLE)발병궤제중적작용。방법관찰조위2012년3월-2013년3월재모의원신경외과전간중심16례TLE환인술중절제적해마뇌조직,대조조위2011년9월-2013년3월모의원신경외과8례비전간수술환인적해마뇌조직。표본채용면역조화SABC법진행검측。면역조화결과적판정이현미경하관찰,안매장절편적양성세포착색정도급수량,채용적분종합계량,병채용Ridit분석。결과안조현미경하관찰평분대량조수거진행분류,경Ridit 분석가지량조분급차이유통계학의의( Hc=9.2472,P<0.01),고인위관찰조해마뇌조직중BDNF표체강우대조조중해마뇌조직BDNF표체。결론 BDNF재섭협전간환인적해마뇌조직중표체증강,가능재섭협전간적발병궤제중기중요작용。
Objective To study the role of brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in the pathogenesis of temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) in children.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to test the expression of BDNF in the hippocampi tissues from 16 children with temporal lobe epilepsy from March 2012 to March 2013,and the results were compared with those from 8 children with-out epilepsy from September 2011 to March 2013.Results were analysised by the Ridit test .Results Under the microscope,Ridit test analysis showed:Hc=9.2472,P<0.01.Expression of BDNF protein were significantly inscresed in the hippocampi tissues resected from patiens with TLE compared with that of contrasts .Conclusion The result indicate the expression of BDNF protein increased in hippocampus of brain tissue in patients with TLE .BDNF may play an important role in the development of temporal lobe epilepsy .
