分别在光照和无光条件下,通过模拟实验考察不同活性(有活性和无活性)和不同形态(聚集态和分散态)的自然水体生物膜生成 H2 O2并降解十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)的规律和机理。结果表明:具有生物活性的自然水体生物膜在光照和无光条件下均能生成一定量的H2 O2;生物膜的形态影响 H2 O2生成和 DBS 降解,其中聚集态生物膜 H2 O2生成量相对较多,DBS降解较少;光照促进生物膜生成 H 2 O 2,进而促进DBS降解。

Effects of activity (active and inactive)and existing form (aggregation state and dispersed state)of natural biofilms on the generation of H2 O2 by the biofilms,and on the degradation of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (DBS,used as a representative of degradable organic pollutant),under illumination or in darkness,were investigated through a serie of simulation experiments.Mechanisms of the H2 O2 generation and DBS degradation by different states of natural biofilm under different conditions were also discussed.The results indicate that natural biofilms with biological activity can generate a certain amount of H2 O2 under light or in darkness;the existing form of biofilms has an impact on both H2 O2 generation and DBS degradation,and biofilms in aggregation state generate more H2 O2 and degrade less DBS;light promotes not only the generation of H2 O2 from the biofilms, but also the degradation of DBS.
