目的：通过对传统病案管理流程的再造，持续改进医疗数据与病案管理质量。方法使用戴明环（ PDCA）方法指导流程再造，实现医院全员参与下的全流程病案管理质控。结论再造后的新流程有效克服了传统流程带来的弊端，是提升医疗数据和病案管理效率与水平的有效途径。

Objective:Constantly improving the quality of medical data and records management by recon-structing the traditional work process of medical records management;Methods:Consulting to PDCA method to fin-ish process reconstruction , which make everyone in hospital involved in the quality control in process of medical re-cords management;Conclusion:New process after reconstruction well overcomes the defects of traditional process , which will be the efficiently way to promote management efficiency and effect of medical data and records .
