The paper analyzed the problems in the sports examination for graduation of junior middle school students, and sug-gested how to adapt to the strategy named"Health?China 2020", which through a lot of information collected by literature and Delphi method about examination of sports for graduation of junior middle school students, and the role and influence of the present situation analysis.
