滨海新区的迅猛发展急需大量人才的注入，作为天津市支柱产业之一的石油化工行业更是如此。而各高职院校毕业生就业难一直是一个大问题。作为滨海新区区域内的各高职院校，要抓住机遇，主动实现区域内人才供需有效对接，为区域经济发展提供人才动力输送的同时缓解就业压力。
