In order to promote the rapid development of agricultural mechanization in mountainous counties, this paper puts foward four feasible development measures in light of the main factors restricting the mountainous area county in developing agricultural mechanization, namely, to give full play to the policy advantages, to improve the grass-roots agricultural information service network, to establish and improve the services organizations,and to expand service areas.
