为了实现铜蒸气激光振放链脉冲同步,设计了一种基于TDC-GP1的激光脉冲同步控制器。系统以W77E58单片机为核心,选用高精度时间间隔测量芯片TDC-GP1,有效解决了铜蒸气窄激光脉冲延迟纳秒量级的测量问题;采用对脉冲信号进行微积分的方法,确定了稳定的测量点,解决了铜蒸气激光脉冲幅度变化对脉冲延时测量的影响。实验表明,激光脉冲同步控制器可以对激光脉冲实现同步闭环控制,能够将脉冲延迟精度控制在1ns范围内,确保了输出激光功率的稳定性。
為瞭實現銅蒸氣激光振放鏈脈遲同步,設計瞭一種基于TDC-GP1的激光脈遲同步控製器。繫統以W77E58單片機為覈心,選用高精度時間間隔測量芯片TDC-GP1,有效解決瞭銅蒸氣窄激光脈遲延遲納秒量級的測量問題;採用對脈遲信號進行微積分的方法,確定瞭穩定的測量點,解決瞭銅蒸氣激光脈遲幅度變化對脈遲延時測量的影響。實驗錶明,激光脈遲同步控製器可以對激光脈遲實現同步閉環控製,能夠將脈遲延遲精度控製在1ns範圍內,確保瞭輸齣激光功率的穩定性。

In order to achieve synchronization laser pulse amplification in MOPA,The pulse synchronous controller based on TDC-GP1 was designed. The MCU of W77E58 is applied as the core of system. The high-precision time interval measuring chip TDC-GP1 was used to efficiently measure the namosecond laser pulse delay.The calculus method of laser pulse was used to solve the impact produced by the CVL pulse amplitude variation on pulse delay measurement.The experimental results show that the laser pulse synchronization controller can synchronize laser pulse in close loop,and the delay time interval can be controlled within 1ns, which en-sured laser output power stability.
