对“绿金牌”新型环保浸金剂进行了全泥炭浆提金工艺条件研究及工业应用试验。其结果表明,该“绿金牌”新型浸金药剂与氰化钠的浸出效果基本一致,工业试验中金的浸出率可以达到92%以上。对尾渣的有害性分析结果表明,该药剂的干排尾渣中氰化物含量远远低于氰化浸出工艺的干排尾渣,符合环保标准。
對“綠金牌”新型環保浸金劑進行瞭全泥炭漿提金工藝條件研究及工業應用試驗。其結果錶明,該“綠金牌”新型浸金藥劑與氰化鈉的浸齣效果基本一緻,工業試驗中金的浸齣率可以達到92%以上。對尾渣的有害性分析結果錶明,該藥劑的榦排尾渣中氰化物含量遠遠低于氰化浸齣工藝的榦排尾渣,符閤環保標準。

Technological conditions experiments and industrial application tests of all-sliming CIP process were carried out on a new environmentally friendly gold-leaching reagent named L üjin.Experimental results showed that the gold-leaching ability of reagent matches sodium cyanide in the leaching rate of gold which can reach more than 92 %in industrial test .However ,according to the hazard analysis results of the tailings ,the cyanide content in tailings is ex-tremely low compared with cyanide-using process ,meeting the environmental protection requirements .
