研究了盐酸安舒法辛对嗅球摘除抑郁模型大鼠行为学及血清皮质酮、睾酮的影响。将摘除嗅球的大鼠随机分为5组,连续给药20d,采用开场实验和糖水消耗实验观察大鼠的行为变化,用ELISA试剂盒测定盐酸安舒法辛对大鼠血清皮质酮、睾酮的影响。结果表明,盐酸安舒法辛明显减少大鼠的站立次数和跨格数,明显增加大鼠的糖水消耗率,降低大鼠血清皮质酮水平,增加大鼠血清睾酮水平。盐酸安舒法辛能明显改善嗅球摘除抑郁模型大鼠的行为学,对亢进的HPA轴的拮抗作用可能是其治疗抑郁症的机制之一。

The effects of Ansofaxine Hydrochloride on behavior, serum corticosterone ketone and testosterone levels in depressed model rats are investigated after olfactory bulb removal. The olfactory bulbectomized rats are randomly divided into six groups and are intragastrically administered Ansofaxine Hydrochloride for 20 days continuously. Lo-comotor activity and sucrose consumption are measured. Serum levels of corticosterone and testosterone are analyzed using ELISA. The results show that Ansofaxine Hydrochloride can significantly reduce the numbers of standings and crossings , and increase the rate of sugar consumption in model rats after olfactory bulb removal. Moreover, the drug treatment increases the testosterone level and decreases the corticosterone level in serum of depressed model rats. These results indicate that Ansofaxine Hydrochloride can significantly reverse the behavioral changes in olfac-tory bulbectomized rats. This might be due to its modulating effect on HPA axis.
