在黄原胶溶液中研究了三层组合桨的混合性能,采用能反映微观混合状态的传氧系数和传热系数对多层桨进行了比较。结果表明,下层桨采用A315有利于流体的混合;改后涡轮桨能够提供更多的流动空间,有利于形成大循环而促进全釜混合。
在黃原膠溶液中研究瞭三層組閤槳的混閤性能,採用能反映微觀混閤狀態的傳氧繫數和傳熱繫數對多層槳進行瞭比較。結果錶明,下層槳採用A315有利于流體的混閤;改後渦輪槳能夠提供更多的流動空間,有利于形成大循環而促進全釜混閤。
재황원효용액중연구료삼층조합장적혼합성능,채용능반영미관혼합상태적전양계수화전열계수대다층장진행료비교。결과표명,하층장채용A315유리우류체적혼합;개후와륜장능구제공경다적류동공간,유리우형성대순배이촉진전부혼합。
The mixing performance of three-layer combined impellers are studied in xanthan gum water solution, while oxygen and heat transfer coefficients of different combination impellers for indicating the micro-mixing state are compared. The results show that A315 as substrate impeller is conductive to get better mixing. DT2 can provide large flow space for fluid, so that large circulation is easily formed and thus tank mixing is promoted.
